4th of July
Lincoln took it pretty easy on the 4th and spent most of the day playing with his buddy Owen and eating anything sugary in his path.

Lincoln headed down South today to Newport Beach to hang out with his buddy Bronson for Bronson’s Mom’s Birthday. They swam, ate, got dirty and bathed. Busy Sunday.
The little man just got back from his first trip out of the country — he went to Cabo San Lucas in Mexico. Other than the fact that he got his first fever while down there, it was pretty awesome. He went swimming, went to the beach, ate some good food and got the first stamp in his passport.
Yep, hard to believe, but the little guy is almost one. Crazy. We celebrated by having a bunch of his friends over for some BBQ and cupcakes. Lincoln had a blast. Coming up next week is the family version of his first B-day. Here’s a link to the party on dather: Lincoln’s First B-Day.
We got the little man on video taking some of his longest walks. Not quite a mile, but pretty close.
The Boyd house was overrun with small children today. They crawled, played, licked and had a grand time. I think Lincoln wants a ton of brothers and sisters.
Lincoln made his way down south today to visit his pal Katell in San Diego. They had fun going to lunch, the park and a toy store. Lincoln was bummed they didn’t make it to the race track, but we promised him next time he could bet on the ponies.
The little guy celebrated his first Xmas today. He opened up presents in the morning and decided that the dog toy and his old shoe were his favorites. Then in the afternoon it was off to Riverside to celebrate with the family.
Yeah, we’ve all heard the rumors about the Bumblebees — the moonshine distilleries, the gambling problems, the armed robberies, the drag racing, etc — but I tell you what, these chicks know how to par-tay. We’re talking white elephant gift exchanges, a 20lb turkey, homemade flan, peppermint brownies, booze, you name it. Oh and they know how to give birth to some badass kids.
Lincoln had a blast at Owen’s first birthday party. There were tons of kids, a taco truck and great cake (Lincoln only got to enjoy the kids).
